Game content is provided by Play'n GO and remains the intellectual property of Play'n GO AB. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Content

Games featured on this Platform are provided by third-party developers (Play'n GO) and are embedded via their practice/demo mode infrastructure. EmberLounge does not own the underlying game software. Your interaction with embedded games is also subject to the terms of the relevant game provider.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
